Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 6:00 pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-present, Steve Mortensen-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Donald Cole-present

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Donald Cole to pay $648.78 to Huff’s Service and Towing LLC for a throttle body and labor, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

James Soriano noticed there was tax on the bill, Melissa Lazzaro provided Mr. Huff with a tax exemption form

Donald Cole made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to have Huff’s Service and Towing LLC order and install taillights for the pickup truck, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

No Public Comment

Council Comment: Donald Cole found in our rules of procedure where it talks about Council absence and acceptable excuses. He also noticed there is not good follow up when things are discussed at meetings. It was decided to add all things that need followed up to the next month’s agenda

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Donald Cole to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
