Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 1:00 pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Michelle Kundrat-present

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to purchase a 2004 Heavy Duty 4×4 truck from Harold Huff for $9,000 and $2,000 for labor for installation of plow mount and wire harness, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to purchase a plow mount and wire harness adaptor from The Ina Store, not to exceed $750, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to approve Vivid Farms LLC Class B Recreational Permit

Evelyn Jones rescinded her motion

Council needs to verify information with Vivid Farms LLC

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to purchase a DR Trimmer from Remus Repair not to exceed $399, roll call-James Soriano-yes, Kathryn Kerr-yes, Michelle Kundrat-no, Evelyn Jones-yes, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to extend the deadline for selling the dump truck to 2:00 Tuesday August 10, 2021, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by James Soriano to purchase a 7×14 dump trailer from Beck’s Superstore not to exceed $11, 315, roll call-Michelle Kundrat-no, Kathryn Kerr-yes, James Soriano-yes, Evelyn Jones-yes, motion passes

Public Comment: None

Council Comment: Lilac Festival Committee is donating the deposit from the Lilac Festival to the Village. Council thanks the committee for their donation.

Evelyn made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
