Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 1:00pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-present, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Michelle Kundrat-present

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to hire Travis Chapman as a part time DPW worker pay to start at $10,00/hr. with a 90-day probation, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to have Tom take the phone that Kathryn Kerr donated to Verizon to transfer the information from Tom’s old phone to the phone Kathryn donated, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by James Soriano to purchase an additional 2 tons of hot patch if needed, roll call-Steven Hammond-no, all remaining-yes, motion passes

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to allow the Harvest Festival Committee to use the Village office Hall at no charge, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Public Comment: A resident is concerned about ordinances not being enforced

Council Comment: None

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
