President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 6:09pm

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-present, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to amend the motion from Special meeting January 23, 2023, from: accept the Village of Barryton and Fork Township Community Recreation Plan 2023-2027 Resolution to: Accept the Village of Barryton and Fork Township Community Recreation Plan 2023-2028 Resolution, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
