President James Soriano called the Village Council to order at 6:00pm
Pledge to the flag was recited
Roll call: Evelyn Jones-present, James Soriano-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Steven Hammond-present, Lavonne Horstman-Present
Public Comment: TNR Mecosta made a presentation on how they operate
James Soriano read the DPW Report: There is no update yet on when Tom will return, Jake and Roy are doing a great job, they will be doing leaf pickup as needed, Sean Robards submitted a quote for $250 for 2 new signs at the lagoons
Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to accept Sean Robards Quote of $250 for 2 new lagoon signs, roll call-all yeses, motion passes
Minutes of Regular Meeting September 11, 2024, were presented
Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Lavonne Horstman to approve minutes as written, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
James Soriano read the presidents Report: James and Jake did some sewer paperwork training with our lagoon operator and will be getting some more training on the DO Meter, the leaf vacuum has been mounted to the trailer and is running good, the county came and mowed the edges of the lagoons

Northern Ave Grant final documents have been submitted, waiting on final inspection to close process, taxes have been completed, check received from County, working on bills for Point Broadband to bring cost down

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Lavonne Horstman to pay General Fund bills with check #19775-19789, 486-491(E) for $6217.38, Sewer Fund with check #3459-3460 3121-3122(E) for $832.14, Motor Pool fund with check #1503 30(E) for $854.83, Local Street Fund with check #1061-1062 for $69.15, Solid Waste Fund with check #751 (E) for $2468.38, for a total of $10,441.88, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Lavonne Horstman to move forward with the CWSRF Sewer Project for $7,200,000, roll call-James Soriano-yes, Steven Hammond-yes, Lavonne Horstman-yes, Kathryn Kerr-no, Evelyn Jones-yes, motion passes
Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to have Courtney contact the village attorney regarding M66 Group LLC court ordered payments, roll call-all yeses, motion passes
Public Comment: A resident asked when the dam project will start
