Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 10:00am

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Michelle Kundrat-absent, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to accept the Performance Resolution for Governmental Agencies (Annual Parade Permit), roll call-all yeses, Michelle Kundrat-absent motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to accept the Village of Barryton Resolution For Wastewater Service Rates, roll call-all yeses, Michelle Kundrat-absent, motion passes

Public Comment: none

Council Comment: Kathryn Kerr informed Council about the continued parking problem by the soccer fields, it was recommended that a letter from the Police Department be sent to the soccer club.

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, Michelle Kundrat-absent, motion passes.
