Daniel Cross called the Village Council to Order at 4:30 pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: Michelle Kundrat-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Terah Eaton-present, Daniel Cross-present

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to allow Sandra Eaton to plant a maple tree in Central Park in honor of the Eaton Family on Saturday July 11th, 2026., roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Meeting was to discuss prices on possible docks for the lagoons, Engineer was supposed to attend meeting with prices and had a family emergency and was unable to attend.

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to accept the $2,400 bid from Thomas Moore to fix Tourist Drive and the East River Park parking lot, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to allow MacKersie’s Meat Market to install curbs in front of their building, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Michelle Kundrat made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to accept Michael Kundrat’s resignation as of June 17, 2026, roll call- all ayes, motion passes
