Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 9:00 am

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-absent, Steve Mortensen-absent, Kathryn Kerr-present, Donald Cole-present

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Donald Cole to have the tractor repaired at Bader and Son’s, not to exceed $4,100, roll call-Steve Mortenson-absent, Evelyn Jones-absent, all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Donald Cole to Pay Rob Moore $75.00 for the rental of his trailer to take the tractor to Bader’s, roll call-Steve Mortensen absent, Evelyn Jones-absent, all yeses, motion passes

Donald Cole made a motion seconded by James Soriano to purchase a white board, roll call Steve Mortensen-absent, Evelyn Jones-absent, all yeses, motion passes

Donald Cole would like to have Huff’s take over maintenance on all Village equipment, this will be addressed at the April meeting
