Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 6:00 pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-absent, Kathryn Kerr-present, Michelle Kundrat-present, Steven Hammond

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to have Marty’s Septic pump station 6, not to exceed $500, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to spend up to $5,000 for repairs to pump station 6, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to have Al from Main-Tech change out the T-1 pumps, not to exceed $4,000, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Public Comment: None

Council Comment: Evelyn Jones asked how many pumps are in the Village, no one knew for sure, possibly 12, she will talk to Tom and find out. Tom asked Kat to check into a confined space class for him, she will contact Michigan Rural Water

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by James Soriano to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
