Annual Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to order at 6:12pm

Pledge to the flag was cited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-present, Michelle Kundrat-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Steven Hammond-present

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to set the mileage rate for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 @ 10.111910 mils, and accept the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget as set forth and posted, roll call- all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Michelle Kundrat, all ayes, motion passes.
