Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 2:00 pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-present, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Michelle Kundrat-present

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by James Soriano to accept Tom Brown’s offer to reimburse Evelyn Jones half the cost of the phone that was purchased and to have half of the monthly Verizon bill taken out of his check, the Village will be responsible for the remainder of the cost of the phone and monthly Verizon bill to be taken out of Sewer Fund instead of General Fund, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Michelle Kundrat made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
