Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 6:00 pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-absent, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Michelle Kundrat-present

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by James Soriano to rescind Michelle Kundrat’s motion from the October 14, 2022, meeting stating residents must bag leaves in 2023, roll call-Kathryn Kerr-yes, James Soriano-no, Steven Hammond-yes, Michelle Kundrat-no Evelyn Jones-absent, motion fails

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to increase DPW Helper wage to $14.00/hr. effective October 28, 2022, $5,000 will be taken from 2023 lease money to cover wages in the next fiscal year, roll call-all yeses, Evelyn Jones-absent, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to have F& V install the catch basin at pump station 4, roll call-James Soriano-no, Steven Hammond-no, Kathryn Kerr-yes, Michelle Kundrat-no, Evelyn Jones-absent, motion fails
