Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 1:00 pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-present, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Michelle Kundrat-absent

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to accept the quote from K & J Garage Doors for installing a new garage door on the Quonset hut, not to exceed $1,685, roll call-all yeses, Michelle Kundrat-absent, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to have Evelyn Jones return the parts that were not needed to Detroit Pump, she will be reimbursed for fuel when she returns, roll call-all yeses, Michelle Kundrat-absent, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to adjust the REU’s at Tommy’s Detailing from 1 to 1.5 as recommended by Michigan Rural Water, roll call-all yeses, Michelle Kundrat-absent, motion passes

Public Comment: None

Council Comment: A resident is going to donate a Spruce Tree to the Village and their family will help decorate it

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
