Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 6:25 pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-present, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present,

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to set the fireworks application fee at $300, all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to make Terah Eaton the 2023 Farmer’s Market Master and Ann Hoyt and Cory Curtis the Assistant Market Masters, all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to purchase tires for the DPW truck at Gingrich’s for $856.21, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to purchase the needed supplies for maintaining the equipment to get ready for spring, not to exceed $231, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to approve the Class B Renewal, roll call-all yeses, motion passes
