Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 6:00pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-absent, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Lavonne Horstman-absent

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to allow Village Attorney Eric Williams to handle the legalities of the permit revocation at 98 Marion Ave. roll call-all yeses, Lavonne Horstman-absent, Evelyn Jones-absent, motion passes

Public Comment: There were several questions by residents, the permit was revoked because of zoning and sewer issues, questions were answered to the best of Council’s ability due to possible court case.

Council Comment:

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
