Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 6:00pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-absent, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Lavonne Horstman-absent

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to conditionally hire David Martin and Roy Brown, condition being proof of getting drivers license within 30 days at a rate of $12/hr.  roll call-all yeses, Lavonne Horstman-absent, Evelyn Jones-absent, motion passes

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to enter into a 5-year agreement with Mecosta Mayhem to allow them to have their festival beginning August 2024, with a fee of $250 per day and $500 refundable deposit, price to be held for 5 years, exclusive to TNT Racing, roll call-all yeses, Lavonne Horstman-absent, Evelyn Jones-absent, motion passes
