Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 6:26 pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Evelyn Jones-present, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Lavonne Horstman-absent

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to proceed with ordering 200 of the Barryton Cookbooks, all yeses, Lavonne Horstman-absent, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to accept the Proposal for Professional Services-Clean Water State Revolving Fund Project Plan for $19,500, all yeses, Lavonne Horstman-absent, motion passes

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to pay F&V $6,400 for services rendered- completing the grant for the Barryton dam, roll call-all yeses, Lavonne Horstman-absent, motion passes

Evelyn Jones made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to accept the quote of $8,025, from Windemuller for a new flow meter and installation roll call-all yeses, Lavonne Horstman-absent, motion passes

Public Comment: None

Council Comment: Ferris sent a design for the roof for the artesian well at Central Park

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Evelyn Jones to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
