Copy of Driver’s License

Proof of Residency

Proof of no indebtedness to the Village

Letter of Intent

All applications are due by 2:00 Tuesday December 10, 2024 and can be dropped off at the Village Office on Monday from 8-1or Tuesday from 10am-3pm, dropped off in the drop box at the Village Office or mailed to the Village Office at P.O. box 31 Barryton, MI 49305
