Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 6:00pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano present, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Michelle Kundrat-Absent

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to Charge MJT -Biomass Grower, $5,000 for the first license, and $2,500 for each additional license after, and $1,500 per tillable acre and $250, for non-tillable acre with the same owner/same form, for parcels A B & C roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Steven Hammond to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
