Special Meeting Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to Order at 9:00am

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: James Soriano-present, Michelle Kundrat-present, Steven Hammond-present, Kathryn Kerr-present

James Soriano made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to pay Angelina Braley $16.50/hr., not to exceed 8 hrs. per week, working for the Police Department doing social media posts & getting quotes for new equipment from the MCOLES Grant, her wages and all new equipment will be coming out of the MCOLES Grant, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to allow MJT to prep 12 acres on Coolidge Ave for $6,000 this year, if any plants go in the ground, it goes back to original agreed upon price, roll call-all yeses, motion passes
