 Public Hearing Minutes

President James Soriano called the Village Council to order at 5:30pm

Pledge to the flag was cited

Roll Call: Steven Hammond-present, James Soriano-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Michelle Kundrat-absent

James Soriano explained the reason for the hearing–Mr. Lattimore requested changing the zoning on a property with no buildings on it, on 20 Mile Rd from Commercial to Residential to add housing. There were several questions from a resident, Mr. Lattimore answered all questions.

Kathryn Kerr made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Steven Hammond, all ayes, Michelle Kundrat-absent motion passes.
