Daniel Cross called the Village Council to Order at 6:00pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: Michelle Kundrat-present, Michael Kundrat-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Terah Eaton Present, Daniel Cross-present

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to lease parcel # 04 891 000 008 for $2,500/year for 1 year, plus attorney fees, to The Isabella Corporation roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michael Kundrat to allow Chief Morgan to order 2 sets of AED pads, not to exceed $182, roll call-all yeses, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michael Kundrat to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes.
