Daniel Cross called the Village Council to Order at 6:00pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: Michelle Kundrat-present, Michael Kundrat-absent, Kathryn Kerr-present, Terah Eaton Present, Daniel Cross-present

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to accept the land lease between the Village of Barryton and the Isabella Corporation Inc, roll call-all yeses, Michael Kundrat-absent, motion passes

Council Comment: none

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michelle Kundrat to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes.
