Daniel Cross called the Village Council to Order at 12:00pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: Michelle Kundrat-absent, Michael Kundrat-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Terah Eaton Present, Daniel Cross-present

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michael Kundrat to proceed with the eviction process for the land leased by Vivid Farms LLC, roll call-all yeses, Michelle Kundrat-absent, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Michael Kundrat to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes.
