Special Meeting Minutes

President Daniel Cross called the Village Council to Order at 6:00pm

Pledge to the Flag was recited

Roll Call: Daniel Cross present, Terah Eaton-present, Kathryn Kerr-present, Michelle Kundrat-Absent

Daniel Cross made a motion seconded by Kathryn Kerr to Accept the offer from Vivid Farms LLC to release them from the remainder of the lease, building, and all items inside and outside of the building in lieu of all monies owed, roll call-all yeses, Michelle Kundrat-absent, motion passes

Kathryn Kerr made a motion seconded by Daniel Cross to adjourn, roll call-all ayes, motion passes
