President Daniel Cross called the Village Council to order at 5:45pm

Pledge to the flag was cited

Roll Call: Daniel Cross-present, Terah Eaton-present, Michelle Kundrat-present, Kathryn Kerr-present

Public Comment: A resident didn’t think it was fair that only the homes/businesses with the grinder pumps had to pay a service fee, because if another home not on a grinder pump had issues basically everyone would have to pay to fix it because there’s no way to break it down to see what house the incident came from. Kathryn will rewrite the amendment to state that if it’s not the homeowner’s fault there will be no charge.

Kathryn Kerr made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Michelle Kundrat, all ayes, motion passes.
